5.03 ChickHEN Mod

The m0skit0 coder has released a modified version of 5:03 ChickHEN team Typhoon. Currently has been tested only on the PSP-2000 and the tests performed by the coder and some users will notice a marked improvement in stability dell'Homebrew Enabler, especially in the installation process.

Installation:

Quote:

- Extract the contents of your PC
- Copy the folder in ChickHEN Mod PICTURE
- Copy the file in the root h.bin main
- Disable Secure USB
- Go to the PHOTOS section and wait for the upload
- Press and wait
- A green light confirms the correct installation of ChickHEN

i can confirm this worked perfectly (actually on my 1st try) on my psp 3000!:D

I'm trying this on my Silver PSP-3001 model, and I get nothing. It just keeps freezing over and over again, and NEVER goes into the HEN. The R2 would do the same, but it would eventually go into HEN.

EDIT: Scratch that, I'm just a moron. I forgot to put the h.bin in the root. XD

This is still not working on my PSP I bought new in January. I has 5.03 on it, but still just isn't having any luck like the versions.

I have a 3000 model PSP. For me, this mod is no more stable than the official R2. (Tried 25 times, no Hen)

Also did anyone notice the h.bin included is smaller in size than the official one?

i got a psp ice silver model slim and lite 2001 made in 2004 with 5.03 and i tryed 100 times with chickhen and its just shutting down and when i start with butoon nothing happens give me an advice?

Anyone can help me? I got psp 3005 ver 5.03 with 8gb MS. Im looking for a chickHEN that will enable it load iso or cso.
