ADePSP and Y4Kman have updated CheatSync for GTA: LCS (http://www.gtapsp.com/cheatsync/?page=main).
CheatSync for Grand Theft Auto LCS (http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?products_id=6533&lsaid=219793) is a windows proggy which downloads user created cheats from the internet, then let you to choose which to put onto your PSP and use with Edison Carter's CheatDevice. Heres whats new:
User account system added
Users can edit/delete their submitted cheats
Change Password added to File menu
Moderator facility added
Block User Access facility available to moderators
Cheats can be added to user Favorites
Rating system introduced based on user favorites
New button Show Top Rated added to toolbar (Ctrl + T)
New button Show Latest added to toolbar (Ctrl + L)
New button Show Favorites added to toolbar
Auto detect/install of new versions of CheatDevice when released
Speed improved when adding/editing/deleting cheats from server
Max cheats.txt file size increased to 200K
