the problem is, i don't know how to get the roms on my psp

the rom Metal Slug came with an .iso file, a .cue file, and like 19 .mp3s...can anyone give me a detailed explanation on what to do? i also dl'd Metal Slug from another site and it gave me just one .rar file, should i use that one? please help!

Now the emulator is on your PSP, is there now two folders created called(for example) NeoGeoCD & NeoGeoCD%, if so you should be able to drop the ISO/Roms/whatever the game file is into the NeoGeoCD folder or whatever you have named the folder, and then select the game directly from your PSP NeoGeoCD emulator. Hope I have helped...probably not.

You have to get hold of the neogeo CD games images. That one rar file is for MVS/AES.
Please use the search function.

First of all, i'd reccoment this emulator http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=20035
Ok, once you install it, this is what you have to do.
1. Go inside the PSP -> GAME -> ncdzpsp folder.
2. Make a folder named MetalSlug
3. Use winrar to take all the files out of the iso, and put them in the MetalSlug folder.
4. Now make a folder named neocd.mp3 inside PSP -> GAME -> ncdzpsp -> MetalSlug
5. Take all the mp3s and put them inside PSP -> GAME -> ncdzpsp -> MetalSlug -> neocd.mp3

There you go, hope i've helped.
