The second massive battle/strategy game for the PlayStation Portable based on Luo Guanzhong's historical novel of Ancient China. For this sequel, Koei has upped up the volume and added a host of new features. The game includes over 300 generals and considerably more stages to conquer. Also featured is a horse customization feature and a new stage branching system for gameplay -- based on your actions, you take a different path through a given stage. New to the PSP edition is a horse customization and a wireless multiplayer.

Another day, another Dynasty Warriors clone. I'm beginning to wonder if there's some kind of law or government mandate that requires these games to be milled out every 24 hours? At least this one does look a bit better then the last 2 on the PSP. But I'm willing to bet right now, it's still got the same persistence camera issues of all of the others. If Japanese game makers are going to keep cloning these games, they could at least fix these nagging birth defects.

This kinda reminds me of the Clone Troopers in Star Wars. Sure, they started out smart and tough in Episode 2 and 3, but by the time you get to Episode 6, they are getting their butts kicked by Carebears with pointy sticks. (... did I slip off subject there?)
