Writing own homebrew - makefile problem?

Hi,

I'm starting trying to write my own apps on the Wii as I did some Gameboy dev stuff at Uni.

Anyways, I've tried using Programmers Notepad and looked at the tutorials associated with it, but I feel more comfortable on Visual Studio.
So I downloaded WiiWizard (a wii template for VS 2008), but on both VS and programmers notepad I am getting the same error....

1>make: execvp: /bin/sh: Permission denied
1>make: vfork: Permission denied

Any Ideas??
