The newly formed Namco Bandai Games today announced that its first PSP project will be released throughout Asia. The company, which officially begins production on April 1, revealed it is currently developing a game named Rain Wonder Trip for a simultaneous release during early July in Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Japan.

Rain Wonder Trip is a variety game featuring Korean R&B singer Rain. In the game, players go on a virtual trip with the pop star and peruse various minigames and features focused on him, including original movies, fortune telling, quizzes, and backstage material from his live performances and other events.

The game will be available in a standard edition at 6,090 yen ($52), which comes with a bonus UMD and five collectible cards. But for gamers who have Rain posters all over their bedrooms, a limited edition is also offered at 9,980 yen ($85) and features all the goods in the standard edition, plus a PSP stand and five additional cards.
