Star Wars Battlefront II improves upon the original game's single-player experience with open-ended, mission-based objectives inspired from all six Star Wars films. The compelling storyline spans more than 12 new locations, many from Episode III, including volcanic Mustafar and the space battle above Coruscant. All-new classic movie moments complete the Star Wars Battlefront II experience, as players battle within the interior of the Death Star and visit Princess Leias blockade runner, the Tantive IV, as seen at the beginning of Episode IV A New Hope. In addition, at certain key moments within the battles, players can feel the Force as a Jedi. For the first time ever, Star Wars Battlefront II players can engage in space combat and, during the same battle, board enemy ships to attack from within. Starting on foot inside a capital ship, players can enter the spacecraft of their choice and travel into space to dogfight with the rival faction. From there, they can dock within the enemys capital ship, overtake the ships command posts, man its turrets to disable its shields and destroy it from within! Or, they can simply stay inside their own capital ship and defend it from attacks and enemy fire. The choice is theirs. The stellar online play that marked the original Star Wars Battlefront returns even bigger and better for Star Wars Battlefront II.

I LIKE THE JEDI KNIGHT SERIES BECAUSE YOU ACTUALLY RUN AROUND SLAYING PEOPLE WITH A REAL JEDI AND REAL JEDI POWERS!! i would love too know if i can force jump do force lightning and sword combos and all the other things that make jedi knight series a step above the rest is this anything like it as the cost is rediculasly high and needs to drop!!! jedi knight for the pc is way better that battle front series esppecially if you like jedi swords instead of the cheap halo ripp-off first person effect and thats what bf2 was like on the pc first person shooter super duper gay i want to be a jedi not a storm trooper please!!!! i hope this version is better because ill tell you the pc version is a waste of cash @ 50 bucks its barley a deal at 20 in all honesty

...absolute twaddle methinks. The Death Star level is there and lots more for sure but not in a playable form that I or any other person has been able to access.

The only way you'll ever be able to play within the Death Star interior on the PSP is if they include a Death Star level on the Star Wars Iris mod - By the way cool work guys it's looking awesome, the force is definitely with the guys working on that. The guys who worked on BFII however are nothing but piles of steaming bantha poodoo for not making a good game a total classic.

A good game all in all which can be played on 1.5 v firmware with the correct "side steps" ;) and allows for for good longevity with a number of levels and most of your favourite vehicles. With special missions available only to the PSP whereby you kill as many gungans or ewoks as possible within a specified time limit (most satisfying), the game only falls down when compared to PC or PS2 versions (as could be expected). Overall - get it if you are also a star wars nut but maybe not if you have BFII already on a PC/Console version.
