Once release party Becus25 and Xenogears for their Custom Firmware Enabler, which allows homebrew to enable, through ChickHEN firmware 5.03 features of the M33 Custom Firmware on PSP-2000 TA-088v3 and the latest PSP-3000, which comes to version 3.10.

Alright, so what's the difference between this and the 5.03GEN-A, and which should I use? I have a PSP 3000 and am currently using the 5.03GEN-A.

If I should switch, how can I safely do so? I don't see a way to uninstall the 5.03GEN-A and I don't want that to mess up the installation of this one.
