I didn't know where to ask this, so I'll ask it here. What is required to boot a Saturn emulator disc? Can I just use a piece of tape and the swap trick?

Swap trick or modchip.
Racketboy posted a nice swap-trick guide (http://www.racketboy.com/retro/2006/04/sega-saturn-swap-trick.html#links)
He also got some fine guides for modchips and stuff:

I'm so sorry guys, I didn't even realize that. But thank you VERY much. Time to check out the Saturn scene. Anybody know if there are any programming documents/guides for Saturn? Not that I think I'd be able to do much, but at least I know now that I have the option to check it out...
