Valve has released another update for Left 4 Dead on PC via the Steam platform, this time making a couple of tweaks to the Versus mode and squashing bug or two while they're at it.
On the Versus side, according to the patch notes, the new update removes the "Are you ready to play Versus?" confirmation, and restores the ability to vote for a new campaign during Versus play, which is nice.
Elsewhere, the patch puts right a crash glitch that occurred when using the mouse wheel or keyboard to select a campaign chapter, and "sv_steamgroup_exclusive servers advertising for public lobbies" has also been "fixed", whatever that means.
Fire up the game and your Steam connection will do the rest. Innit.
