What kind of program will it load and my dreamcast already loads CD's so what are we talking about something that will allow me to play DOS games, or Win games probably not,linux games, or mac games again probably not

no, this is just a thing that allows you to have basically a graphical version of a bin loader or something, but it also has a scirpting feature.

Is this compatible with the NTSC dreamcast cause i didnt get it to work on mine for some reason?
