Heres a release for Developers only from kehon:
i had ported this a while ago but forgot to release sorry here it is SDL_rwlib port to the psp by me kehon
in case you dont know about it i suggest you google it but you can read from http with SDL_net and libcurl, bz2, and libz files plus some other stuff its just rw_ops but pretty good
