thejohnson_13 (formerly known as fackue) has updated his incredible tool once again. This tool is an absolute staple for anyone trying to work with BIN files. It is the be-all, end-all for scrambling/descrambling files on a Windows platform.[br]He announced his new release first in the CV forums.
