- Sound effects
- First Sonic mod with a swimming one
- Each 100 rings collected you get an extra life
- 12 exclusive levels
- Hidden passages (examples in level 1)
- SMS folders and files
- "Mario" and "coins" renamed by "Sonic" and "rings"
