If Mame, and N64 never work well on the PSP. (Which i suspect might be the case). Don't worry. All these great Emulators, and more will be playable on the go in a few months. Sure its abit bigger than the PSP, and more expensive. But the possibilties are endless...

Might turn out to the best handheld for Homebrew ever! Its basically a portable powerful PC so MAME and Project 64 would work + millions of other good emulators. It also looks like it has a analog stick, and a decent amount of buttons. Price is going to be $500 and upwards. About £350!

That's the Microsoft UMPC (Ultra-Mobile-Personal-Computer) also known as Origami (the project's code name berfore announcement). It something commplety differerent that the psp. The one's out this summer are going to have a 1.0 ghz processor and run Windows XP. The second version (rumored) due out at the end of this year will have a 1.5 ghz processor and run Windows Vista. several companies are making them including Samsung, Founder, and ASUS. Here is the Microsoft page for them http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/umpc/default.mspx . Your price is probably wrong Microsoft has said that they will cost between $500-$1000 so expect a price of about $750. (I been following this since the digital kitchen leak :) ).
