By name it bears more than passing resemblance to PopCap’s Plants vs Zombies and visually it’s more than a little reminiscent of Sony’s LittleBigPlanet, but Clickgamer’s latest release intends to bring a distinctive flavour to the App Store in the form of Zombies vs Sheep.
The Mexican-themed tap shooter sees players defending their flock from the approaching undead masses, with additional movement possible by tilting the device and a shake reloading your gun.
10 levels are included from the off, including three boss fights. Players are also able to upgrade their character. The game also uses the OpenFeint social networking functionality.
“Studio Radiolaris’ Zombies vs Sheep is an addictive 2D game with a novel concept; shoot the zombies down and protect the sheep,” Clickgamer’s Jennifer Willis stated.
“Players can tap to shoot and shake to reset, making the entire gaming experience straight forward and fun from start to end.”
