I've just had a look at Game Central on Teletext (Channel 4 - pages 305-309) and they've actaully reviewed Under Defeat (page 307). The review was pretty favourable 7/10.
Accompanying the review is a brief overview of the Dreamcast generally (page 308).
I was both pleased and surprised to see such coverage, especiallt considering all the other stuff that they could be looking at.
