New release for PCE for PSP, PC Engine emulator developed by an unknown Japanese coder. It finally left the beta stage.

And even after reading that translated readme I'm still none the wiser as to why their ISO_READ tool won't extract audio tracks.


(BTW, how did you manage to translate the readme? When I open it in my Notepad the characters are all gobbledegook - even installing the Japanese language data onto XP doesn't help.)

An update to this is always good. Long live PCE, or in my neck of the woods, TG16.

You can mount image with Daemon tools and use software called Turborip

google it and read the readme it has /pcep option for use with this emulator.
