HtheB proposes a new version of "BEUPA Live", the adaptation of the famous instant messaging client Live Messenger for the DS, which is now in version 0.5.

Quote:
Changelog:
You can login to Live BEUPA now, it will not kick you directly after you login.

The issues in BEUPA Live 0.5 (Emergency Release) are:

- After 1 minute, you can not change your status and nickname anymore.
- The persons in your contact list will see you as offline after 1 minute.
You can not change this unless you just login to BEUPA Live again
(since MSN is thinking you are not online anymore)
- After 1 minute, you can still chat, but only to the contacts which you
are already talking with (as long as the session is alive!)
- You will not see new contacts coming online or going offline.
To refresh, just logout and login again

I would like to thank the author for this contribution.

If you don't like it, don't use it; but don't complain unless you can do better!

This seems very promising! I'm hoping that one day this will be as good as TwitterDS.

It's hardly the Authors fault if Microsoft keep on moving the goalposts, so to speak.

1. Thank HtotheB
2. Clearly my posts allready suggests that I don't use it
3. If I was a coder then I would try to do better.

And to sonny_jim, I never said it was the authors fault. While its a great idea, it seems like every release that came out lasted only a few weeks at tops. So far the only messenger that seems to last the longest was the AIM one done by Ryan Kegal, but even that now is defunct.......
