PSPs in Yellow Packaging Shipping

When the white PSP's were first available there were talks about the white PSP having a better LCD screen than the black PSP's. The white PSP's supposedly had better SHARP LCD screens as opposed to the Samsung LCD screens in the black version. The White PSP's were said to not suffer as bad from the slow refresh rate (ghosting). I have heard mixed reports about this though and still don't know for sure of the validity.

On another topic, does anyone know if these are headed to the USA? I wouldn't mind a white PSP and I kinda want a higher firmware PSP to play newer commercial UMD games.

The reason I prefer my black PSP to the white one (other than it looks like a giant iPod) is when the PSP is turned off the white one looks like it has a gaping hole in the middle of it. Black one looks good on or off. And you can get black PSP headphones from Sony now to go with your black PSP (if that kinda thing matters to you, didn't to me).
