Aibohack posted this news of a new release, heres whats new:
View/Edit "9th" neighbor info (part of NPC migration)
Tutorial for forcing Monkeys (or other NPCs) to migrate from your town to other towns over WiFi (sending town must have Action Replay, receiving town does not)
View NPC relationships with you and visiting players. Edit "nicknames" (what the NPC calls you)
NOTE: each NPC has one "catchphrase", but up to 8 individual "nicknames" for the people(/players) they have met. The nickname may or may not be the same as the player's name.
