The Jpcsp team (http://jpcsp.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=2056)have released a new version of the PSP Emulator for Windows written in Java, heres whats new:

Rev1123 Better fix for "Unbound Saga - USA - NPUH10008"
Rev1122 Fixed handling of mipmaps on compressed Textures
