Who hasn't accidentally left a phone, camera or MP3 player in a swimsuit pocket and gone swimming? It's a harrowing experience, but there's hope: Dunking the gadget in rice is a somewhat surprising yet very effective drying method.

Once... I wokeup and pee'd, though I wasn't fully awake when the alarm went and it made me jump and drop my phone mid pee which I pee'd on it for like three seconds before realizing I dropped it... Rice is good for water, though sadly not for pee.

I'll have to remember this for the next time my gf goes swimming with her phone kinda stuck in the back of her swimsuit like it was a pocket.
