I have just arrived at windfall island and the pirate ship is there, my boat tells me to go and see what the pirates are up to and come back as quickly as possible, i have tried for hours but cant get anywhere please help

if memory serves correctly you hafta go to that place where that really rude guy sells bombs on the left side of the building you can pull a metal gear wall crawl to get to the other side then you hafta climb up and go thru a little crawl space where a cut scene happens...keep in mind the bomb shop isn't in the plaza its outside the plaza...hope that helps
