When I download hombrew there are 3 archives in zip file
*.nds
*.cs.nds
*.gba

What's the utility ?

well .nds is for if you are using passkey2 or similar on your ds

.gba is if you are not using passkey2 or similar

.cs.nds - not a clue

I think you meant .sc.nds which usually has the exact same file contents as .nds.gba except renamed for ease of use with the SuperCard.
