Can I install Homebrew Channel on 4.0E

Hi this this my post was just wondering if there's a way to install homebrew channel on wii version 4.0 E, and also whats the best way to do this if so?

Does the E at the end of 4.0, as in 4.0 E stand for the firmware region?

yes you can install homebrew either with bannerbomb or the new Stack Smash on any version/region (if you need help on installing those just ask).
