Ok, I got my sony 2gb stick today, I formatted it using the PSP and it does it. But when i put the stick into the pc, it says it needs to format it again, and when i do it formats it to a maximu of 232mb, what happened to the other memory? HELP

he has a warranty though, what should i do?

Looks like he sold you a 256MB card with a 2GB logo on it, i suggest you send it back for a refund and buy elsewhere

when will people learn, buy your memory from certified sellers, eg picstop in the uk. £58 without VAT

it says 1992 mb on the psp, but 232 on the computer

are you connecting to the pc using psp usb cable or through alternate card reader?
try filling it no matter what thew pc says
make a game save on the psp via a game see if the amount actually taken is the same as what it says

This sounds like a dub.... you better send the card back. and NEVER BUY MEMORY UNITS FROM EBAY!!! most of them come from hong kong and are usually counterfiets.

I've sent it back now, what can i do if he doesnt pay be back? Also i tried filling it with a 500mb file but says not enough space.

ebay will, but it may be difficult to prove. Did you get a delivery confirmation/tracking number when you sent it back?
