Globoeil: (http://perso.wanadoo.fr/Globoeil/VGMDS/VGMDS.htm ) has updated His Game Maker, heres whats new:

Updates in v.0.28:
===================
-Scrolling works!! (But with a graphical bug that I will fix in a next version)
-Added a third BG; over the 2 first. You can now do beautiful maps!
-All the BG elements have changed
-Added water(just graphics, not animated)
-Corrected bugs
-Now you can choose width and height of your map (in elements) when creating new map
-Corrected a display bug when adding element with the Stylus
-increased compression of maps
-Increased max size of maps by 33% (512*384>>>512*512 like in RM2K!)
-increased saving/loading speed of maps
-Added security in VGMDS for disk access
-Now all element are configured "blockers" by default.

wow I wish they had a side scrolling beat em up engine, Id make a game. Not into making rpgs. But maybe I can write a story for one at my spare time at work and see how it goes

edit: oh wow n/m you build it on your ds? thats kinda stupid it would of been much more simple to devlop it on the pc and save it in ds format.

when i start it and load new game it freezes on loading map or somthing like that any way to fix this? btw im using games n music

will this ever work on games n music can somebody hack into with dldi like some guy did in tales of dagur and i can save on it :D im gld he hacked into it

Um, when I start this up, it doesn't seem like the touch screen works. I'll tap thing but nothing happens, and I can't type the sizes ir anything. Does it have to do with the fact I'm using R4?

Same here. When it says Author and stuff I can't type my name or anything. In fact, I can't do anything that include the touch screen on this game maker. Is this also cause i'm using an R4? Or did I have to have like something else other then the game maker?
