I was able to burn a NEO4ALL/AES cd properly, and I was wondering what settings work best. Could anyone tell me?
I was playing games and for some reason they didn't run all that great. They stuttered quite a bit, even though they had prefetches....

What games did you try to play ?
I made a tutorial a while back with a section about recommended settings:
http://www.dreamcast-scene.com/index.php/Main/Neo4All-AES
Recommend Settings
These are the settings on which the emu seems to perform best:
Frameskip: 0
Sound: On
68K CLK: Normal
Z80 CLK: Normal
Filter: None
Sync SFX: On (Slows down emulation)
It's been said to be better to reboot your Dreamcast each time you want to play a game larger than 16 MByte.
...and also a section about recommended games:

For other games bigger than 24 MegaByte (unzipped) you should try Neo4All/CD (given a NeoGeo CD version is available).
