Subdirectories for homebrew

Is there a way to make subdirectories for homebrew in eLoader? Like say I want to put super mini mario in the normal folder and super mini sonic (they require the same folder name) in ms0:\PSP\GAME\SMS\SMM ? I thought I saw something about this a while ago, but I forgot what I read and can't seem to find it again.

Edit: Sorry just realized this probably should have gone in the GTA loader section.
