The JPCSP team (http://jpcsp.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=2056) have released a new version of their PSP Emulator for windows thats written in Java, the emulator itself does play some commercial games and homebrew:

i downloaded the emulator but i can find or run the program, all i see are a bunch of files that lead to more file could you help me thank you.
