VGA Box trouble

Hi:

I recently bought a VGA box because I wanted to play some NTSC games and my TV does not support it. Now I plugged the VGA box and I still get the same trouble with my monitor (Samsung SyncMaster 957MB), when I try to play a NTSC game it says 59Hz is out of range :/

Do you guys know how could I fix it?

still very weird. maybe a different monitor is needed. try your buddies monitor or a hdtv monitor or something if not then I don't know what to tell you,
