How do i play wario ware twisted on emulator?

The one that comes with the tilt sensor? if so then the answer is simple:

A: With a GameBoy Advance emulator, but since your computer doesn't have a built in tilt sensor, you won't be able to use that function.

B: With a GameBoy Advance emulator. Boot it up like you would a normal game on an emulator, and when tilt sensor functionality is required, grab your monitor and shake it around a good couple of times, see if that works. I recomend you do this with a laptop because it is easier to shake wildly.
