Hello,
I got a copy of Quake 3 today when I was dissapointed.
The controlling was terrible! I hated it. However it sais that it supports keyboards and mouses for the DC. I was just wondering if you could hack/build/mod/etc. a computer keyboard to work on a DC. I've heared of converters but I'd like to see if I can do it myself :)
Anyway if you have any info on this please post it.
I would also like to add a PC serial port to it but I don't have any tutorials. Thanks!

There might be pinout charts but other then that I think you'd need some techniction skills or something.

the dreamcast keyboards can be pcked up for as little as £1 where i live, its much easier to just buy one of them :)

however you may be able to get something from Liksang, an adapter of some sort

I really need to buy a keyboard (eBay sells them, but they're expensive). Anyone wanna sell one for cheap? Like $10 shipped?

I have one of those adapters for the dc, I'm not really willing to sell it but when I find it again I'll take a look inside it and see what makes it tick if you still would rather build one.
