Dreamcast Coder´s Cable Scheme. Where?

Hello. I wanted very much to rip some games that I have to do some tests and stuff, but It´s very hard to me to buy that serial cable to link the DC serial port to the PC serial port, so, then, I wanted to solder the wires directly from the DC motherboard to a serial male plug.

I just needed the scheme of where to solder wich wire, and, if possible, names of the software I´ll have to use in the Dreamcast and in my PC.
