A Dutch court ruled today that The Pirate Bay has to remove a list of torrents linking to copyrighted works. The list is to be provided by BREIN (similair to the RIAA, in Holland), and is similar to the earlier ruling against Mininova. The defendants are given three months to comply, if not, they will face penalties of 5,000 euros ($7,500) per person, per day

Here we go again. Hold on while I don't pay my credit cards or student loans off so Microsoft can charge me $200.

I'd give up at this point obviously the RIAA, MPAA, ESA and all them need a history lesson.

Napster died torrents came. TPB dies and then others are used. AOL piracy servers are shut down. One person makes a legit copy into a iso and shares. You can not stop freedom it's a much better idea to try to work out a happy conditional medium where both parties can agree on something. OR You can waste all this disposable money you seem to have on legal process which is awesome.
I wish I had the same ability - BUT I DO NOT. I believe in accordance with my profession I should be entitled to said benefits there of. I use this software all very well and put it towards grades. Send me off to prison then.
