need help- my dc dont run backups

Hi all,
i am new. my dc wont run any session beyond the first session on any multisession cdrs. this is a problem because most, if not all, of my backups are in multisessioned. it is big inconvenience to have a backup that wont play beyond the title screen.

i have already tried to adjust the power to the laser with no success. wondering if anybody has this problem or if any solutions are available outside buying another (which is what i am going to do next)?

in honesty, i dont backups games i dont own but it seems i went against rules here. sorry.
