I have noticed this question is getting frequently asked so here is the guide!

1. Select the forum catagory you want your thread to be in. Example : the psp help forum.

2. Select "New Thread" from the upper left hand side of the page.

3. Name the thread whatever you want in the title box.

4. Type in what you want to say in the message box.http://img239.imageshack.us/img239/9279/22to.th.png (http://img239.imageshack.us/my.php?image=22to.png)

5. Scroll down the screen until you reach the "submit new thread box"

6. Click that and your done :p

Note : You cannot create new threads in some forums/topics. Some threads are reserved for mods creating the threads. Such as the PSP news forum.

Hope that solves a few problems! :p

Also remember to be carefull what you say in your post/thread. Remember ISO talk is not permitted here and you could be banned for mentioning it.

And before you post a new thread use the search bar and check if your question hasn't been asked/answered already! :p

Thanks,
Zion

You forgot the part about carefully considering what you want to say, searching the fourms first to make sure you aren't repeating questions that have been asked many times prior, and reading the forum rules to make sure that what you want to post is ok by them.

"I have noticed this question is getting frequently asked so here is the guide!" how could they post that question without knowing how?

useful information for a n00b, which currently I am not - unless all my posts were somewhat deleted
