Another sync bug squashed...
Not much new in this build, just a few bug fixes for people playing online. I made the wifi menus more robust, so you should be able to back out of any operation you started without the need to reboot. I also fixed a couple of bugs that caused online games to sometimes lose sync. Hopefully I caught them all this time.
The only non-wifi changes have been a couple of optimizations to help improve the frame rate when you have a lot of units.
