It seems that Ditlew has something up his sleeve, and up that sleeve is his new project. In which I'd like to call it Project:eTV. Here's some more information based on this event:
The Words on Project:eTV
Feast your eyes on this! Here's Ditlew (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/tags/ditlew/835)'s next project named 'eTV (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/tags/etv/2110)'. eTV allows you to watch TV channels from your PSP, building on the successes of TVSP (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/tags/tvsp/2109). After a few words with the developer of TVSP, Andy Fung (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/tags/andy-fung/2115) who hasn't had the time to update it, Ditlew decided to update it himself. Just as with TVSP,the only hardware requirements for eTV is a video card, meaning you can avoid the expense of upgrading your PSP's firmware and buying a Locationfree device!
All you have to do is take a look at the screenshots or the video to see the quality of this work-in-progress homebrew application. Both screenshots are from Ditlew's video and show off the amazing quality of eTV.
