Mr44 has released a new version of his Homebrew web browser thats wrote for the 2ch forums but can be used to browse other sites.

I installed it by putting the folder in PSP/Game150. Though I couldn't get it to connect to my router even though the official browser will.

i cant load the application, the link is old or boken or not there, i dont get it
