Can anyone advise how I get the Neo Geo Pocket emulator to work. When I download the file from the site to my PC ???, I get a N-POP.exe file and a readme file. As the N-Gage only reads .sis files how do I sort this?

I am still baffled at this. It mentions a 'pre-release build' to be installed to E - is this a seperate program? Apologies if I seem daft, I did see the help me file but could not make head nor tail of it. If it had been a sis file I would be OK as I know how to do them but this one has lost me. Anyone able to give a 'fools step-by step guide' to this? Any help again appreciated. ???
