jeffy777 (http://www.psp-vault.com/module-pnForum-viewtopic-topic-4968-start-0.psp) has posted a great release for PSP Owners with 2.7 firmware +, heres the full details:

// -- INTRO: -- //

The cool thing about the newer firmware is the ability to play flash games, but the sucky part is trying to keep them organized and easily accessible without having to bookmark every single one. Well, here is my personal solution to the problem.

// -- WHAT IT IS: -- //

This is a portal system that displays a menu with several flash games for you to choose from. Each game is represented by a thumbnail and you can cycle left and right through the games with the mouse. To start up a game, you simply click it. Now you don't have to type in the file name or bookmark each game individually. You can access them right from this spiffy menu, and just hit the L or back button when you're done playing and you'll return back to the menu where you can jump right into another game. Pretty easy, huh? And the games are stored on the memory stick, so you don't need to be connected to the internet.

I've included 11 games to get things rolling:

Battleship
Blackjack
Checkers
Fly Plane
Mahjong
Simon Says
Snake
Solitaire
Tetris
TicTacToe
Yahtzee
(All credit for the games goes to the game makers, I only built the menu)

I designed this for myself and didn't really intend to release it, but I decided someone else might benefit from this as much as I have. It's a huge time saver and very convenient (and it looks pretty decent as well, but I didn't go overboard on the graphical aspects in order to keep the filesize to a minimum).

Note: The menu only works for the games that are included with this package. Expect to see future releases of this menu with more games. In the meantime you can still play other games, but you'll need to access them through bookmarks or by typing them in.

// -- HOW TO INSTALL: -- //

First, unzip the file, then just connect your PSP to your PC with your USB cable and put your PSP into USB mode. Then simply take the contents of the folder in this package (there should be 12 files) and copy them to the main root of your PSP (don't put them in any other folders or this won't work; see the included screenshot of the file structure to see what your's should look like). Next, go to your PSP and open the Web Browser and enter this address:
file:/menu.swf

If you've done everything correctly, then you should see the menu with the first game showing. Now you can either bookmark this menu or set it as your homepage, and you'll no londer need to type in anything to play these games :) To navigate the menu, use your mouse to click the game icon, or click the arrows to scroll through the games.

I seriously see some good stuff in the future for the 2.70 slowly I have seem some improvements. I know that an emulator is kind of out of the question but this is a huge step isnt this how it all started on 2.50 or was it 2.60? :-)

ok, i dont own a 2.7(sorry i was a little tired and forgot a word) psp, but ive got a real simple solution for finding flash games on your psp. You simply create an html document linking to all the games on your memstick, and bookmark that html document. You could even go fancy and add thumbnails and animation if you want, after all, html is a heck of a lot easier than writing a complicated flash file, and it's certainly a lot easier to modify, i'd write a simple app to manage this idea, but I just don't have the time. I hope someone takes it a little further than this, it seems so simple, but then again i have a 1.5 psp.

ok, about the little thing i said earlier, i dont have a 2.7 psp, but i do have a 1.5. I decided to try and take my idea into action and i booted it up on the 2.5 browser using devhook launcher. it works as far as I know, and it has some pretty decent graphics, but i cant test the flash part because i cant boot 2.7 fw. hopefully i'll be posting a release sometime this week.

go get the newer version 2.0- at psp-vault.com

does this work with devhook? YES. and it is really hot its at 2.0 but a newer version should be out soon..

a slew of flash games, a great handful of apps, some really cool sh$%. finally i get to see what the 2.71 user has been taking for granted. the flash games are dope!! theres so many!!

this is the best portal out. i even have it running through x5, x5 boots up at connection, then i goto bookmarks and load the menu.swf- its that easy!!

so i have both portals on the ms and they both have amazing potential- x5 is going to have new updates with rss feeds, video/audio plus downloads and FGPS (FLASH GAME PORTAL SYSTEM) has all the flash games i can keep myself busy with.. a nice alternative to homebrew, but i ended up rebooting back to 1.5fw to play some good ole snestyl.

PROPS TO DEVHOOK FOR OPENING UP ANOTHER CORNER OF MY PSP WORLD.

holla back.

I'm having trouble getting this to work with Device Hook. I've tried Device Hook versions .45 and .46 to no avail. I put the files in the right place, and I enabled the flash player, and I even connected to the internet before trying the files. Nothing worked; the browser won't recognize them. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Problem solved; it was a combination of entering the wrong file name and not enabling flash in the browser itself.
