how long before modchips are sold out?

ok i know some people have pre ordered there modchip from modchipstore.com but what if i couldnt order it before its release time ( 14th ) how log would it take for the modchips to be sold out , or will others start stocking them after the release date? and is it for sure june the 14th when they will come out?

If I get a Modchip is it pretty easy to install and will it screw anything up? I just want to play games and divx movies! I'm stuck in cambodia and all they sell is copied games so I'm screwed until I get a chip!!!

AFAIK, the PSP could never play DivX movies. ISO/Backup discussion is not permitted on these forums.
