I think this website should open a little on loader...I understand the rulez on iso loader and stuff. but when there way to play 2.6 umd on the 1.5 it could be something that actually sell games.

I mean i haven t buy any psp game for ages cause of the firmware issues...

Yeah, I agree with 10shu. If GTA didn't require 2.0 when it first came out, I would have boughten it. Ever since, I really am not very excited about playing it.
Oh yeah, Devhook is amazing. I mean there's the web browser and many features in 2.5.

Yes you can use it to run ISO's sadly. To bad though as it has a lot of other nice features.

Most of the 2.0+ UMD's can be run through a UMD loader such as MPH's or that RunUMD program.

i use DEV HOOK all the time, but never to load iso's

Not sure it would be less than $50...

The chips are $2.10 each @ buyaltera.com ;)
Although you need to pay extra $5 for handling charge on orders less than $25.
And orders outside US & Canada need to pay extra $6 for processing.
Also might be duty & taxes on international delivery...
Then you still need to buy the flashing tools and other items...

And yes DevHook (< 0.22 only) rules as it's the only loader that works on fw 1.0.

Sadly, because I relied on this site too much, I didn't realise devhook even existed til 2 months after I was given Lumines at christmas.
Sure, I have to run it in ISO format but thats the only way I can play the game my grandparents paid 30 quid for.
The game should work on 1.0 other than the fact sony block it from running on PSPs below fw 1.5.

It's a shame this site doesn't mention devhook... I missed 2 months of Lumines playing lol :(

The newest version and all other versions since .22 don't even work on fw1.00...
