Im planning on purchasing the latest american version of the PSP. Probably going to have firmware 2.0 or 2.5. My question is, is it possible to still do all the emulation magic on an american psp with a 2.0 or higher firmware, or is it only restricted to a japanese 1.0?

Awsome, thanks for the help. Ill see if I can score a 2.0 and run some of my favorite SNES RPG's like tales of phantasia, star ocean, sd3 and whatnot. Cheers.
