Normmatt (http://www.normmatt.com/blog/) has ported the VMU Emulator for the DC/PSP over to the Nintendo DS, heres what he says:
The other day i got bored and started to port the VMU Emulator for the PSP to NDS and i did but it didnt work not until i got some help from GPFerror who reported it but it only worked in Dualis, that was until i tracked down the bug that was stopping it from working on hardware it turns out it was “char **arg” making it a simply “char*” fixed it.

The archive on this list appears to be truncated. Unrar stops at ICON0.PNG and states end of file.
I downloaded it directly from his blog, but it doesn't work with SCSD. It cannot load a file.

I hope that is not the case. i hope that this thing really does work. it would definately get some really great games to the ds.

BAD NEWS :
well i read a hardware review for ds and dream cast then i found the following
dc prossesor's speed (CPU)is 200 MH
dc's ram is 18 mg
ds with tow cpus up to 110 MH
ds ram is 4 mg
so dc much stronger than ds ,

This isn't a Dreamcast Emulator... it's a VMU emulator which is the Dreamcast's Memory Card.

It would be nice to see a Dreamcast emulator for DS. Even though a DC is much more powerful it is still quite possible to make a DC emu for DS. You would have to make the emu so the emu modifys the games to run on the DS hardware specs. I would make this DC for ds emu if I knew how.

No. It doesn't work that way. Sorry.
