View Full Version : What Colour PSP Next ?

The world can now buy both the Glossy Black Original PSP and also the Ceramic White PSP those who follow this site will know there are such things as Faceplates and also Skins for PSPs to customize them.

But Sony like Nintendo know theres money to be made in updated versions of the same hardware or even just a new colour that looks great to more users.

Personally i see a Platinum Silver as the next PSP Colour but will Sony go for a Blue or a Pink to target a certain part of the gaming community or even introduce a new type of PSP that like Mobile Phones enables you to have a different colour when you feel like it (And if Sony pinch this idea its mine so send all freebies to wraggster ;))

What are your thoughts on the next PSP Colour ?

Hmm blue would look great. And the Orange locoroco fake also looked great.

i think alot of people will like diffrent colours which is fair enough but you get these people who must own them all! which is a big money spending thing! just for the shell, and yet the hardware is the exact same!

I do also like Silver but there would need to be black in it still. A 100% silver PSP might look tacky. Silver Face with the standard black backing might be cool.

i like the orange, but i wouldnt buy a new psp for the color, waste of money and i might get stuck with a new firmware

PSP colored = another reason for Sony to overcharge for something that a custom faceplate could do for 20$ and 10 minutes...

Its color damit! LOL playin All you in the UK spell it colour. Well not in America...Anyways i'm guessing that there will be more than just one color when they release new colors for the psp like 2 or 3. But who knows maby releasing one color at a time will bring in more money.

Hmm, personally i think the RAZR Pink sucks. Hmm a pink PSP,cant really imagine.

They should get the same colors as the logitec cases that will be neet. orange , blue ,clear , red

if sony brings out colored versions of the PSP, we really only have the ignorant psp owners to blame.
Asterix is widely known now, and they're talking about making colored backsides. if you want an orange PSP, you can have it! they have the orange asterix faceplate at lik-sang, and the button set as well, it'll cost you even less than buying from the asterix site. it may void your warranty to change the faceplate, but I know mine's out of warranty, and I'm SURE having a DP chip in there will void your warranty anyway, and people are absolutely DROOLING over those.

How about they just keep it back&white and not pick a new ****ing color.
