I am just about to go to bed after studying up on SLI video cards. I think it is interesting that things double with computers and electronics... it is a law.
First there was the CPu, Central Processing Unit... Then we wanted the GPu, graphics Processing Unit...
2 processors in one computer... Years later we have Dual Core processors, which is two processors in one little CPu... and now SLI, which is 2 seperate GPu's working together...
Now soon to come out are four core processors..
but how long until 4 SLI GPu's are needed? only time will tell...
(not to mention Dual Data Rate (DDR) and other such things...)
Good Night Dcemu!
