As our Avatar review illustrated, 3D is evolving from a mere gimmick to a technology that is poised to be the center of our home entertainment experience. And those cheezy glasses? Expect them to get a lot more sophisticated.

What if you wear glasses? and not contacts, will I have to take them into my optitionist and ask could you add some prescription lenses to these? which would put the price even higher LOL

If they made them like the RealD ones at the movies, then you'd be able to wear prescription glasses underneath them.
